If you have not purchased anything before on this website then you must register before adding items to your basket by clicking on the Login/Register link and entering you email address and other personal information.

Password can be changed in the "Profile" area.

Registration is required for our system to provide you with real-time shipping amount information.

The shipping cost is different for each country.

Shipping is calculated according to the country of delivery and the products added to the shopping cart + packaging.

 

2.How long does it take to ship?

 

Despatch can take up to 3-5 working days.

All prices are retail with value added tax (VAT) included. If you are a wholesalers and retailers or a large producer of strawberries you can contact us to offer you our competitive prices.

 

7.How are orders packed?

The packaging consists of a plastic cassette, polyethylene bag, stretch film and a cardboard box.

The weight of the package varies according to the amount of products added to the shopping cart

10kg + 1.4kg per package

15kg + 2.1kg per package

20kg + 2.8kg per package

25kg + 3.5kg per package

 

8.Which countries do you ship orders to?

 

We only ship to EU countries.

9.What can be the maximum weight of one shipment?

 

The maximum permissible weight of one shipment can be 31.5 kg + packaging.

You can add a maximum of 27 kilograms of products to the shopping cart.

For every 5 kilograms of products added to the shopping cart, 0.7 kg per package is added.
